Return and Refund Policy

At Rhukra Cake House, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Cancellations can be made within two hours after placing the order, with a full refund credited.

Upon delivery of the order, if there’s an issue with the item delivered, such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged item, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve it.

Refunds or replacements are subject to the issue raised.

Also, note that while we work on resolving your issue, we will not be able to take your ordered items back to our unit due to the perishable nature of the items.
